Description:
Due to its protective design, water exchange at this locality is extremely limited thus making it an unsuitable habitat for most forms of reef algae. Some larger forms were found near the inlet to the harbor but the hulls of vessels anchored in the harbor proper yielded only small algae such as Polysiphonia.
